I want to travel but I haven't received my Covid-19 test results in time
If you do not receive your negative PCR or antigen Covid-19 test result in time for your flight, you can:
- Rebook your flight, starting from 48 hours before your original scheduled departure time and up to 4 days after your original travel date.
- Book a flight in the same cabin as your original ticket (either the Economy or Business cabins) if you rebook within 4 days. After 4 days, you may incur fare differences.
- Change your return flight to adjust the duration of your stay.
- Transfer your flight options to another flight
Please note: these travel conditions apply to reward tickets as well.
